Most of the charm of a village is due to the different dwellings, from quaint cottages to individual family homes and in this delightful quilt we have a selection of houses, all made with easy techniques. Some tree and kiosk blocks between the houses provide additional interest to the design. We’ve also included some decorative buttons to add to the charm. The design uses fabrics from the Village Life collection, with its blenders and extras, plus some fabrics from the Poppyseed Basics, Brie Basics and Creating Memories ranges. This quilt features cool, wintery colours on a putty-coloured background, but there is a second quilt in warmer autumnal shades on a charcoal background.
