AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING

Orders up to $149.99 ship standard for $12.00 

Orders up to $149.99 ship express $18.00

Orders over $150.00 qualify for FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE

 All our orders are shipped using Australia Post. Express options available at checkout. 

  • Regular Australia Post delivers within 4-14 business days but not guaranteed.
  • Express Couriers delivers within 1-4 business days depending where you are located within Australia. Eastern States can take up to 7 days. 
  • Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be shipped the next business day. Please note that Express freight is for the freight component, not the processing component. Orders are packed first in first out. Express does not express the processing and packing.
  • During sale events/global pandemic this may not always be possible.
  • Any orders that are not processed in good time, we will contact you to advise.
  • Pre-order items are to be included on the single order, if any of our in-stock fabrics/items are included on the same order, these will be held until the pre-order items arrive and will be dispatched together.

  • Orders over $150.00 ship regular mail for $35.00

    RETURN POLICY

    We wish all of our customers to be 100% satisfied. We have a 30-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges. Sale items may not be returned. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. We require that all returns must be in original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returns due to returns received outside of our 30-day return policy, damage, smoke or animal odour.
